Overview of a Virtual Service Desk

Janet will discuss CORT’s completely virtual Help Desk made of of analysts from all around the US. She will cover managing a virtual team, staffing, measuring performance, reviews, team meetings, etc. Speaker BIO:
Janet has over nine plus years experience in the IT industry. Currently Janet is the Helpdesk Manager for CORT. She has been employed by CORT for the past 14 years. During her time with CORT, Janet has held several different positions, Administration Manager, Field Auditor, Helpdesk Specialist, Project Manager and currently Helpdesk Manager. Janet’s team is responsible for supporting 3,000 internal users for their PC, exchange, application and network needs. Janet has been a member of HDI and the Motown User group for the past two years.
