The Practitioners Guide to Surviving IT Transformation

Presented by Rich Ackerman

If you just “come to work” you might end up looking for another job; but if you show up with creativity and innovation for your business, you’ll be a rock star in your career. What do you do when your workplace needs “IT Transformation?”  How do you pitch it to C-level Sponsors?  How will they decide? Or what if the Sponsors came to you with the mandate, “We need to Transform IT.”  They are sold on the concept, but they want to see “your plan.”  How do you make that plan? Rich will explore “understanding the business” and thinking like a CEO, and having a business-value mindset, and not just service management metrics!  No textbook theories – just real world insight and guidance that will help your advance your career and simplify your life.

Rich Ackerman has more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in customer service management.
