There is a new direction that desktop support is undergoing relating to the technology, particularly the desktop itself, security and levels of support that go along with it. Learn how one organization is meeting those challenges directly and a mapping of the future of these new directions and trends.

Nicole VanHaren is Director, EndPoint Infrastructure & Collaboration, Global Infrastructure, at Kelly Services Inc., (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB). Kelly® is a leader in providing workforce solutions headquartered in Troy, Mich.
Ms. VanHaren is responsible for the global lifecycle management of all pc and peripheral devices, print devices, mobile, and email and collaboration tools within Kelly’s network. She also has direct leadership of the teams that support the device lifecycle activities including customer support, hardware refresh, hardware and software deployment and asset disposition. She joined Kelly in 2000 as a project manager with 18 of years in the IT industry.
Ms. VanHaren earned a Bachelor of Science in Management from Kaplan University and an Associates of Business Administration from Oakland Community College. Additionally, she holds an associates and masters certificate in IT Project Management from George Washington University, is ITIL vs3 Foundations certified, and earned a Foundations of Servant Leadership Certification from The Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. She is a member of ITSMF USA, Toastmaster’s International and The Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership.
