Data, data, everywhere – What do I do with it all?
As support personnel we have data coming from every facet of our business. What do you do with it all? What should you be doing with it?
If these are struggles you have grappled with, come join us for an introduction to Big Data and data analytics. The focus will be on how these concepts can be applied to the ITSM industry and the value that can be realized. We will discuss topics expressed via a survey from HDI members such as yourself. Expect to walk away with a great understanding how Big Data can improve your operations.
**Non-members may pay a small fee of $10 to participate.
Please register only if you plan to attend so we can get an accurate count for lunch.
