HDI Motown’s programs and events are free and open to all in or interested in the IT Service industry in the metro-Detroit. Participants can enjoy peer-to-peer interactions at special events and regular chapter meetings. This allows members to share best practices and catch up on the latest industry information. At our chapter meetings, speakers present information on specific areas of interest to service and support professionals. Support Center tours are sometime available to allow members to see other support centers in action. Our Analyst of the Year awards program and event provides managers with a way to recognize and reward their front line analysts in a special and very meaningful way.
